This gentle workout will help stabilize weak knees by strengthening muscles around the knee. The video includes a warmup, 6 exercises, and a stretching cooldown. Perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers.

Performing stretching and strengthening exercises that target the muscles that support your knees may help ease pain, improve range of motion and flexibility, and reduce the risk of future injuries.

The 6 exercises in this video are:
- Partial Squat (glutes, hips, legs)
- Heel Raises (calves)
- Hamstring Curls (hamstrings - back thigh)
- Side Leg Lifts (hips)
- Seated Step Outs (hips)
- Leg Extension (quadriceps - front thigh)

I have been looking for these sort of exercises for a long time. I have tried different ones and all ive done is more damage to myself. Your exercises are just wonderful and im doing them everyday. I have a really bad spine, hips and knees. I was looking after my husband for many years of lifting him causing the damage to myself. Thank you for posting these, im 71 and being locked down because of covid for so long and living on my own this is just what I needed.

My 77-year old mom really likes this exercise. She said the pace and moves are perfect for her; easy to follow and keep up with.
