I’m an osteopath and I tell my patients to do this for not just meniscus injuries, but osteoarthritis, other ligament damage etc. blood flow is the key, and movement while not under load is by far the best way to achieve the increase in blood flow. Spot on.

I PROMISE YOU IF YOU DO THIS EXERCISE HE IS TALKING ABOUT AND THE OTHER ONE IN THE FULL VIDEO IT WILL HELP YOUR KNEE PAIN! I'm two weeks post-injury and dealing with a meniscus tear. The pain has been on and off, but it really flared up these past three days. Then I found your knee circulation exercise, and it's like a miracle! The pain is completely gone, and I can finally breathe easy. I know this might be temporary relief, but for now, the pain hasn't returned. Thank you so much! I'm eager to try your other knee related videos.

I don't understand every physical therapist says you shouldn't have pain but ghe thing is when you have meniscus tear, you have consistent pain

Yeah, I have this in my left side of knee. This exercise just made it feel a little better. Thank you very much! :) I do a lot of low lifting and turning with heavy stuff. Part of the job. Will try several of these daily.

We also can do hot water bag therapy. That also helps in fluid n blood circulation. I feel so relax after doing it

Thank you 🙏🏾 also, make sure you stay well hydrated, dehydration can also cause knee and joint pain. I would suggest to anyone starting these exercise, start slow, to see how you can tolerate it in terms of the pain afterwards.

Thank you - not something I would have thought of. I know my knee with meniscus tear is stiff from lack of movement when I get up in the morning. Assume this gets the lubrication going.
