Welcome to Day 24 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight let's go through a simple stretching sequence to prepare for sleep. This is a well rounded 15 minute bedtime yoga practice to let go of the day you've had and relax fully.
I'll take you through poses like happy baby, baby wild thing and thread the needle. No props are needed and it's suitable for all experience levels.
