Maybe I'm an outlier, but hunger has absolutely never been an issue for me during my 1.5 years on the carnivore diet. As long as you don't branch off and start making what I consider to be cheat meals, like "carnivore lasagna", "carnivore pizza, pancakes etc", I can't imagine you'd be constantly hungry for protein dense, animal food.

One thing I think people don’t realize is that in OMAD it’s very difficult to get in all your daily protein needs in just that one meal, this will lead to under eating and not getting the nutrients needed and then people end up blaming that carnivore did not work. Plus being hungry or feeling off can be a result of not eating a variety of meats and seafood. While the Lion Diet is perfect for healing and yes some thrive on it long term but it can be very hard on the system not getting the full spectrum of things in other cuts of meat and seafoods.

"Monotonous" was how I felt when I was on the Atkins diet. The first thing I missed was my curries, and I cook a mean one, even if I do say so myself. ;) A nutritional /calorie counting App helped me lose weight, and eat healthier. For example, I used to eat somewhere between three to five bowls a night of mixed nuts a night...I soon learnt with the App, that I was using up to about three days worth of calories! I cut that down to one and the weight fell off me. Calorie counting often gets a bad rap, but the App educated me a lot.
Holly! What seasoning are you sprinkling on your egg in the video.? I love eggs, and like to find new ways of making them taste better...I'm happy to hear you're feeling zen.🙏

You seemed particularly happy and shiny in this video. I don't know if that was just for the camera, but I hope it was a reflection of what is going on inside you, right now.
Have you tried adding black garlic with the sweet peppers and avocado? The health/longevity benefits of black garlic would please you, I think, and it is super-yummy. Like, sooo good, Holly. And it won't seep out of your pores and make you smell funky because all of the allicin is broken down by fermentation.

Try some stubb's hickory bourbon barbeque sauce in some of your ground beef recipes, great in meatloaf and burrito bowls enjoy.❤❤❤

Hi be carefull with the level of your vitamin B12, cause insomnia, anxiety, stomach blouri, cheq the iron too, happened to me, y was taken multivitamin with vit B12 of 1000 o/o

This sounds like the keto diet, not the carnivore diet.

Guys comon don't go on carnivore it's silly :). I don't wanna hate or shame and I am sure that this diet works for some, but overall I'm pretty confident saying that a balanced diet can do you even more good and science says so too. Just stay away from sugar and processed food and aim at eating only lean proteins, veggies ("eat the rainbow"), healthy fats (eg olive oil) and some whole grains/legumes (quinoa, lentils ecc). cheers

You need lots of animal fats on carnivore...many carnivores don't consume enough fat.
