I LOVE your workouts. I went from barely working out for almost a year to working out 4-5 times a week with your videos. I love the dance and HIIT workouts and the strength training workouts. I am seeing ab definition that I haven't had since I was a full time dancer. Thank you!

Hi! So, I just wanna come here and say that I LOVE THIS, it's so good, it made me so happy and it made me smile for the first time in a long while. This is the first workout ive done after coming out of a bad depressive episode and gaining a lot of weight and this made me remember how much i love working out. Tysm <3

Love Madfit! I'm 49 and started these dance workouts in Dec. 2020 and I've been able to stick with them. What a Godsend! They're fun and I love how we get right into it. I've lost weight and feel so much better. Thanks so much for these videos, keep them coming!

LOVE the dancer arms videos! I usually add two songs on to each arm/shoulder workout! That REALLY has me feeling the burn! I would love to see more of these and more 20 minute intense leg and booty workouts! Your videos are getting me through this quarantine for sure! Keep up the amazing work!
