I'm SO unfit, I mean more unfit than I've ever been in my life. So when I saw a 4min exercise video for my worst area - arms - I jumped at it, well, I leaned forward lazily and pressed Play. lol It's left my arms hurting and me out of breath, but I managed it. So it's the perfect start. Thank you! My arms are feeling it too! Later I'll try a different video of yours. When I've recovered from this one.

Hi Lucy. As a 52 year old woman I'm discovering my tummy and waist line has been expanding for a while. I am desperate to get my jeans back on and eradicate my muffin top. I was so pleased to discover your 7 minute workouts. They are short and sweet. I started with one and now have progressed to your second 7 minute workout. I'm doing 1 in the morning and 1 at night and have just discovered 4 minute arms. Because each workout is short I am able to keep to a daily routine. Been going for 3 weeks now! Normally I get fed up after the first week. Also because they are short I find I am willing to put more effort in. My body getting more flexible and im less breathless plus I have lost one inch off my waist.

I have been doing many of your workouts like 20 minutes cardio, body sculpting, Floor workout, abs workout, 10 minutes sitting cardio daily.
Doing these since 3 weeks and lost 4 kg.
I would add this too.
