30-Minute Cardio Boxing Full-Body Workout (Burn Tons of Calories!)

You asked for a longer cardio boxing workout, and this is it, baby.

A few things about this 30-minute cardio boxing workout:

1. There's a warm-up and cool down built into it.
2. During the workout, you'll do 60 seconds of a shadow boxing combination, 30 seconds of a cardio exercise, and then take a break for 30 seconds.
3. During the boxing combinations, make sure you exhale sharply with every punch, and don't hyperextend your elbows. Use your free hand to "protect" your face. Get more out of your punches by rotating the foot that's on the same side as the arm that's throwing the punches. Look at my feet to see what I'm trying to say 🤝

I love this workout, at first I struggled with the techniques and was exhausted after the first ten minutes and was completely sore the next day. Now my body is used to it, it goes faster, I'm perfecting the routine and it is all coz I am enjoying the workout, each moment and each exercise. Thanks Rachel :)

my Apple Watch says I burned 251 total calories. avg heart rate was 156 BPM. this was so fun, it went by so fast!! obsessed with these vids

Rachel i fall in love with this workout !it s very complet ! I have some dyspraxie problem and the boxing exercices was a little difficult but i loved it ! The Muscle strengthening and the cardio are veryyy good very well choose ! I can see my abs from that i begin the exercices in january i can see the 2 pack ! I will continue 😍😍 it make me very happy and hapiness ! Merci encore rachel je t adore !
