You really worked us all hard.but I really really loved it.i really love cardio kickboxing workouts.i really sweated like never before .I really pushed myself to the limits today.and worked very very hard .and I gave it everything today. Instructors really matter. I could’ve taken a live class at the gym today & gotten energy from the other people taking the class but instead chose to stay home & do this one. Not because I didn’t feel like driving out but because the instructor is not motivating to me. So I got a great workout with Chris because she’s excellent at her job. Thanks so much for all you do!
