OMG .. I JUST LOVED THIS .. its like full circle with you maria.. i even have a copy of pilates on the go that i still work out with tyou must have done 20 years ago.before body line !!!!. still as relevant today as it was then your the best ...i search the internet for you all the time ... this rocks.... im in lockdown in sydney and this is going to make my day awesome .. Amaaizng. Liked subscribed. My hips are bad from cycling and to much walking at work. Physio recommended pilates. Really enjoyed this!!

Loved this routine ❤ The first workout I did with you was with the Pilates ball, my balance on the ball has improved a lot since then, looking forward to doing that 1st ball routine again. Thank you. Please can you post more ½ hour routines. 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻❤❤❤❤
