Join me in beautiful Sayulita, Mexico for this 20 min Beach Walking HIIT Workout! Great to use as a pregnancy workout or postpartum workout. It's low impact, no repeats, all standing and no equipment! I do also provide advanced options for those who it is safe for! Hope you enjoy the sun, ocean and workout!

Thank you so much Jessica for all your videos, they have helped me so much in my first pregnancy and postpartum and now I am 26 weeks along in my second pregnancy and again finding so much relief, empowerment and energy thanks to your uploads. I love all the different kinds of workouts but I really enjoy also the affirmations/yoga cards when you read them out during cool down or stretching as words of encouragement. If they appear on screen only I sometimes miss out on them. I would love a video on good posture during pregnancy, I feel like carrying the belly and a toddler are causing my shoulders to slump forward involuntarily. Blessings to you and your family and enjoy Mexico! 🤗😍

I was so tired of just walking as exercise, and have been stuck in a 4 month pp rut of not being able to find suitable postpartum ones that caters to DR and wrist issues (carpal tunnel syndrome).. until I found your channel!
