We got the block back from the machine shop and we also got another head, which we now took to the machine shop for hardened seats, guides and valves. So let's prep the rest for assembling.

Looking forward to the TR6. You're a great story teller. Consider giving a history or background video of how the TR6 cam about.

Maybe you and Chef Tush could do a collaboration on this video and do the TR4 and TR3....

Hi Elin. Next time yoy paint an engine block, consider using brush-on Rustoleum tractor paint and add hardener to it. Makes a nice hard slightly glossy fuel resistant finish.

In the future, get the machine shop to deck the oil filter boss too.

Can’t remember what the stuff is called but it was to get rid of Milkstone I think. …and the Soup was good 😉

Have you ever thought of taking the engine out to 2725cc, and putting her on Triple Webers ?

Awesome work on the new block. Also happy you are working on your cars inbetween. I have a question about the freeze plugs....I think I remember you peening them on another block you worked in the past. Is this block different and not needing this? Or maybe you did off camera as you have shown in the past before. Just curious if these might be different type and not needing or maybe I missed.
I also agree on the trans jack...that thing is huge, but when you need it you need it. I would think a screw jack would be better....also can use to stabilize a car when on your lift.

I also made the mistake of watching Cheftush's video whilst hungry! I've said this on other people's channels, I can't understand not subscribing. I have nearly 200 subscriptions now, and they are easy to sort and administrate. I cannot afford to support creators financially, but subscription is free and if it helps, why not?
