Thanks for being so thorough Elin. I still can't believe there was no evidence of weak diff mounts and backlash while driving!

If gaskets dry up they shrink, especially cork gaskets. Simply soak them in hot water and they swell back up. 👍

A few years ago I replaced the pinion seal on my solid axle 4A, while the axle/diff was still in the car, and the car was on jackstands. Now that was fun!😬👍

Good tips for tightening the nuts to the torque of 120. I did mine without any gasket maker on the washers, but at this point I have had no leaks so I hope it stays that way, if not I know know how to fix it. Thanks sound seems good to me.

12:50 We had the same issue with bad gasket quality on our Land Rover restoration. In the end we laser cut some of the gaskets, because you just couldn't get good ones.

Audio is good and we didn't hear the heater.

Once you go Ultra Black you never go back.

A few Automotive YouTubers in the UK have gone over to the DJI microphones after software updates made the Rode Microphones unreliable.

Why oh why are you putting all that deader pad in the car, it is so over the top. When water get in HOW will it run right out? Without sitting in the door?😳
