Very satisfying to watch, Tush and Les. Documenting the week points is educational for me, like seeing the crack in the rear diff mount with out the body on, etc. I find it amazing that Chef Tush, a chef by profession, so nonchalantly talks about fixing the frame by cutting and welding, when my local Brit car shop only talks about buying patch sections and having a 3rd party weld them. Pretty cool hobby you have there, Mr. T!

I have always wanted to restore a Triumph TR250 following this project has been a lot of fun. I hope we still get to see Les's progress with the project.

Got that stripped in record time, I'm thinking. That frame certainly looks better than the other one, but there is still plenty to do on it. It will be nice to see it after blasting. Thanks again for this series of updates.

I feel your pain on some stubborn bolts. One wheel nut on a mid 80s 2 door plastic car (you know of which I speak) flat out refused to come off with my normal reliable impact gun. I invented a new language that day. Aside: in the background, one song was These Dreams by Heart. Lead vocals were by Nancy Wilson, not sister Ann. The trivia bit is Nancy was sick as a dog when they recorded it and hated when her voice cracked a couple times, but the recording folks flat out loved it! He knew a hit...it was their first Number One.

Great series. Learned a lot and laughed a lot. The Dave and Les show was something to look forward to each night during these unusual times. Thanks. Looking forward to whatever comes next.

Nice work, congratulations on completing to this point. Les will have a lot of work ahead, but with a friend and partner like yourself I'm sure he will conquer.

It’s not rust and dirt, it’s just a typical Triumph marking its territory!! Just like they do with oil from the engine gearbox and diff. The second chassis don’t look too bad, just a few repairs, box the diff mounts and it’ll be spot on

That's been an enjoyable series, I'm sad the daily updates are over though.

Nice job you two. That frame looks pretty sound to an uneducated eye with patch repairs rather than major replacement pieces needed. The other frame I think should be stored 'for another day' as it must be savable albeit with a lot of work.
Its all '73 now then ....
