This is a perfect workout finisher to stack on to any training session for that added hit of cardio or do it on it's own if you are short on time - plus no equipment is needed so you can do this from anywhere! Thank you, Heather for most usually doing two repetitions on exercises instead of three. I find this much more interesting in the workouts fly by without realizing all the work being done. That being said, I do acknowledge that it’s a lot more work for you to fill up program that focusing on two sets of each instead of three.definitely set you in part in attention to and effective choreography. Always keeping our bodies, guessing in us as well and making for a very enjoyable strenuous exercise workout for the extra extra time and energy.❤
