New to rowing, absolutely love it, I am 66 years old and have just done the 10 min workout and had no problems keeping up, so pleased and really encouraged by the commentary as I was rowing. Thank you.

Day 2 Complete. It made more sense today: It isn't about rowing faster. It's about rowing harder. Hard push with the legs & pull with the arms & a soft/slow return. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Just found this. Have been indoor rowing for a long time. Then stopped now back. But got into bad habits. Sloppy 20 minutes with no hard burn. Working on bring down my blood sugars rather than weight. This workout plus controlled diet is perfect. And your encouragement is just the right level to keep you going but not distract. Great work. Love this. I have a JO ROTO machine that seems to have all the characteristics you described. Th monitor /machine don't seem to have "drag" adjustment etcetera. I don't need the monitor with this workout and just use my fitness watch. Not sure how sesitence stacks up to Concept II. I'm now doing this workout at 7/10 resistence. I'm 69 yrs. old and in fair shape. Don't have patience for long indoor workouts but can always talk myself into this for 10min. Love it. Lost 8 lbs. in a couple of weeks of this. I also do "weight loss isometrics" (if you have a candy bar in your hand, keep your arm out straight and away from your mouth.Lol!)

Day 3. New to rowing. I used to kayak when I was younger (45 now). This is great. I do this video twice every morning. Thanks for the great videos! 🙏🏻

Even though this video is a few years old now, I just found it while searching for rowing workouts.
I've followed a few, but most are too technical or just don't really make you understand what you're doing.

This was a good one, and reminding us it's okay to not be perfect is helpful, but to be mindful of form.
As an LMT, my excuse for being unable to row is often my hands are aching painfully, but when I have a slow day or feel better, I like being able to jump on the rower, and having something to follow is very useful.

I got a good sweat going from this one and felt my glutes burning (which I love).

I'll def come back to this one again and check out any others you may have. :)

Started doing this a month ago and could just finish the work out. Now I can re start it 3 times and finish. Cheers for the motivation

Thanks so much for this, just what I needed to continue my 14-day streak while feeling demotivated.

Almost 41 y/o and started rowing last year (wife is former rower and I needed a recovery exercise for my torn meniscus). The hardest part is like you said: just get rowing.

Some days I feel ready to go, others I want to just stay in bed. No matter what: just row.

I'll check out your other videos, thanks!
