Feeling a bit down rn, just got cut from the freshman basketball team at tryouts:/ I was the biggest kid at 6 4 trying out but got cut because I was too slow and can't dunk. I'm gonna try to get as bouncy as possible before next year so thank you for the motivation:)

How many sessions of intense full blown dunking session/ volleyball spiking is enough to increase vert but still not over load my knees . ( recovering from tendonapthy )

Do u want us to super-set the box squats with the depth jump ? Or do u want us to finish the box squats and thennnn we do 3 sets of depth jumps ?
