How To Fix Your Butt Wink

Показать описание
Tired of that Butt Wink you get at the bottom of your Squat?
Here is why it happens:
When you squat, your body uses the joints available to allow you to go down. The first joints it seeks out are your Ankles, Knees, and Hips. If you’re tight and run out of range there, it goes to the next available spot…your Low Back. When that Low Back flexes at the bottom of your Squat, that’s when you get that Butt Wink.
It’s a “relatively harmless” event…but that being said…anytime your spine moves during a heavily loaded movement, there is a potential for injury. Meaning…if we can get rid of that Butt Wink, then we better do it.
In this video, I teach you how to check for limitations in your Ankles, Knees, and Hips. Then I give you the tools to fix them if they’re tight!
