Wow, it has been so wonderful and strong. I did it one time till now. Your body gets to remember how it is to be straight... You're just liing down, but the body works quite a lot!
At some point my body went into cramps and I could barely hold it. Then it let go. And started in other body parts. Then emotions came up, and I cried quite a lot, remembering things and getting in peace with it, letting go.

I must admit, I did it longer then 10 min. 10 min on the first side, but then I switched to the other side and all these cramps and emotions started, I just stayed in this position. It took around 25 min on the second side that everything stabilized.
I will do that everyday when possible and look what happens!

Yea, it's for anterior tilt, but the result of the exercise doesn't get worse just because of this mix-up.

Thank you! 🙏 🎉Have always had a very sway lower black made worse by years of gymnastics. At 52 y/o had right THR. Now at 57, have unflattering and painful posterior, pelvic tilt and cervical spine. This is a miracle 🙏

The woman in the video has a bilateral anterior pelvic rotation of ilia on sacrum.

Flexing one knee actually separates and decompresses L5-S1 and de-rotates the ilia on the flexed side in a posterior direction.

Title of video should be fixing a bilateral anterior tilt. I worked this all out as a physiotherapist in the 90’s I’m osteopath now too.

The title of this short is WRONG! The position corrects ANTERIOR PELVIC TILT and not posterior one. Why are you misleading people?!
The posterior pelvic tilt correction focuses on stretching the FRONT of the body: the abdominals also deals with hamstrings.
