Programming an ATtiny84 via an Arduino Pro Mini clone running ArduinoISP

The bare ATtiny84 is cycling its LEDs to the connected 7-segment display, then gets programmed by the Arduino Pro Mini clone, and starts running a different program (counting on the display). Upgraded to a more recent ArduinoISP because of problems with the version included with the Arduino IDE.
