► EQUIPMENT: Yoga Mat and Optional Yoga Block

► INSTRUCTIONS:
Flow through 10 prenatal yoga poses designed to create alignment in your body pelvic bones to get baby into a good birthing position.

1️⃣ Table Top Belly Breathing
2️⃣ Hip Circles
3️⃣ T-Spine Twist R/L
4️⃣ Knee Hikes R/L
5️⃣ Table Top to Child Pose / Advance to Dolphin to Child Pose

I am so thankful for these videos of yours Lindsey! I have integrated the strength and yoga routines all throughout my pregnancy along with continuing to mountain bike (carefully) and I feel way better with this pregnancy than any of my other 5! You're awesome girl!
