How do you do the 90/90 if you have Mixed cam and pincer morphology right hip. Left hip good had labrum repair right hip pinches when I do 90/90

Best stretch for hips is the eldoas. Hands down

I sit on the floor with my back/side against the wall. You can push down on the leg that is externally rotated. I focus more on an isometric contractipn rather than a squeeze. I can start to do it without the wall. This is brutal!! Wish I had someone in my area who is qualified. PT's don't know jack shit.
