The 90/90 hip mobility drill is a fantastic drill and I take our former intern, university strength coach, and now military strength coach Zack Nielsen through the drill and coaching up the isometric position as well as kinetic stretching.
This is something anyone can work on and also has a lot of regressions that can be adjusted to a person that doesn't have certain ranges of motion.
Although this is an 11-minute video, this is something we can coach even more on as there is a lot of fine details especially with each individuals restrictions. I wanted to share some insight in how we coach this and hopefully it helps and you can use it and improve your hip mobility.
