The 90 90 Hip Stretch addresses the deep hip muscles like the gluteus medius, minimus and the hip capsule. This video will teach you the proper set up so you 'feel' the stretch in the right place. Always allow 90 seconds - 2 minutes for an effective release.

I’ve had hip problem for years on left side but I thought it was a groin problem as that’s where the pain is but this second stretch makes my whole left side shake! I hope I’m on to something here! Thank you 🙏🏼

Great instruction. Thanks for sharing this. I never realized how much tightness I had in my hip region until I tried to get into the basic "starting position" for the 90/90 stretch. I couldn't get my upper body anywhere near upright. So clearly I've got some work to do.
