All I can say is wow. I made this cake for a party last weekend along with your Strawberry Chocolate Mirror cake and all I can say is wow!! I've never had so mant compliments. Some people thought I'd bought professionally made desserts!! I've never made such a lovely cake. This cake isn't just moist the crumb is actually soft to eat, a beautiful velvet texture and it's difficult to stop at one slice. I'll be making it again this weekend as one of our over the Xmas treats. I love it (I think you've probably guessed by now). Such a massive thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful craft with us mere mortals. I'll be trying out more recipes as it's really boosted my confidence.

This recipe is everything. Cake turned out so incredibly soft and fluffy. I followed her instructions to the T. However, I could only find light cream cheese at the store- the frosting came out smooth and creamy. I was so shocked by how amazing it was! I cooked the cake for 33 minutes total. I also could not find gel food colouring, so after pouring almost a whole little bottle of liquid red, it came out a cute pink-red, which I didn't mind! Can't wait to make this again :D !
