Eggless Red Velvet cake in JUST 7 minutes!

Ingredients -
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 + 1/4 cup milk + 1 tbsp white vinegar (rest for 5-10 minutes)
1/4 cup curd
1 tbsp red colour
1 + 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda

Since I do not have otg in my home, soi had to rely on your microwave recipes, the vanilla cake and chocolate cake (actually i had to half this one, to bake evenly), turned out as best ever.. It was yesterday only that I realized that 'Bake With Shivesh' doesn't have 'red velvet cake in microwave recipe'. Thank you. Super excited to try
