30 Min STANDING PILATES Workout 🌻 – No Equipment

Join me in this Standing Pilates workout at your own home. No Equipment is required to follow this one along. The Pilates exercises will target your full body and give you a good and fun workout that will clear your mind.

Each exercise will be performed for 50 seconds on – 10 seconds off. Of course we will start slowly with a warm up and end this workout with some minor stretching. Halfway through the workout you will get a short water break to recover a bit.

Loved this workout! It works as a great warm up workout also. And I can't believe how far I have come doing your standing pilates workouts. I remember when I first started your workouts I had horrible core strength and these workouts had me falling all over the place. I was actually able to hold my balance and engage my core throughout most of this workout. It's a change compared to doing floor pilates most of the time now. Thank you for making these standing pilates workouts!
