i do one hour of your pilates workouts 3-4 times per week, and i feel so good! at first i thought they are easy, but they aren’t 😂 i sweat so much, but really enjoy them ❤

Heute hatte ich einen ziemlich langen Arbeitstag und eigentlich gar keine Kraft mehr um was anderes zu tun, als auf der Couch zu liegen 😅 bin froh dass ich den Workout plan doch noch durchgezogen habe, jetzt fühle ich mich richtig stark (und hab auch bessere Laune) 💪🏼
