Ive Been suffering with TMJ for 7yrs since 2 wisdom tooth came out then went to see my dentist after the whole checking up was done, Doctor told that no need to extract both tooth. 2 years after by April I noticed this clicking or tikking sound or noise lower part of my ear, on right part side of my jaw when i yawn. Then months passing by its getting worse my jaw was popping out, and got to the point that i won’t able shut or close my mouth quickly panic and nervous for 10 minutes dont what to do and the drooling won’t stop my parents rush me tho nearest closest hospital fast forward the doctor and nurses try to massage my jaw to back its position but i was so much on panic the doctor wont able to back its position its like my jaw muscles is resisting like my mouth just want to open much more wider so doctor decides to inject me to make calm fast foward massage and bandage my head and went home fast forward now present i still have this popping issues adding migraines sinusitis and i never yawn to much i just controlling my yawning

I don't have tmj issues, but my jaw always feels loose sometimes i wake up with a numbness feeling . I have 6 teeth in front & my sides on top but none touch .
Should i have this much looseness in my lower jaw without tmj issues?
