According to 2015 research, up to 80 percent of people with RA have TMD, which is a cause of tightness in the jaw.

RA may damage the jaw joint and surrounding tissues. It can also cause bone loss in the jaw.

If your locked jaw is due to Osteoarthritis (OA), there may be deterioration and loss of function of the jaw bone, cartilage, and tissue. This can result in a tight, painful jaw. Try extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) for this as well as my TMJ videos.

If you have a fever and fear a Tetanus infection, please see a doctor immediately to get help with the infection. Other symptoms may include stiffness in your abdomen, difficulty swallowing and painful muscle contractions in your jaw and neck.

Muscle tension (often from clenching teeth) can cause a pull on the jaw joints and facial pain. Using these TMJ relief pressure points and facial muscle exercises to reduce pain and discomfort in your jaw and TMJ symptoms like inflammation, spasms, swelling and pain.
By addressing the muscles/pressure points, we have a way to help restore the mechanics of the jaw joints and even the alignment of the cranial bones.

You may be experiencing some of the following symptoms:
-Muscle pain around the jaw TMD
-Clicking or popping sounds when you move your mouth or chew
-Difficulty opening your mouth due to tightness of the jaw
-Pain in the front part of your ear that can travel to your cheeks, ear, and temple

-Buzzing or a sensation of fullness in your ear (see the ETD videos)
-Disturbed sleep, pain in the neck and back (see the Neck Pain Relief Series)

I used to struggle with a jaw problem that made it difficult for me to open my mouth wide enough to eat. Every day, I would wake up with a stiff neck, regardless of the position I slept in. However, after discovering and following your video exercises, my life has changed dramatically.

During the peak of the pandemic in 2020, seeing a chiropractor or any doctor was not an option. But your exercises came as a blessing. I’ve been pain-free since I started following your neck exercises. I haven’t needed to see a chiropractor or any other doctor since then.

Thank you so much. I have unknown facial pain for 2years.... do so many dental CT and root canal treatment, Sinusitis treatment and many pills for nerve almost want to give up then YouTube showing your clips to me. Thank you very much for creating these high-quality TMJ videos. Splendid work👍👍! Last year, I practiced TMJ #1-5 daily which fixed my right jaw pain. At the beginning of this year, my left jaw had some closing problem. I am now feeling fine after practicing TMJ #1 to #7 once a day for one month.

I am so surprised, at 68 years old, I am just now learning about muscles in the head and neck. For so long, stretching and exercising the head and neck muscles have NOT been part of ANY workout routine.

Before CoVid, I developed a chronic headache at the left temple of my head and had it for almost four years. After doctors appointments, physical therapy and medication, nothing seemed to work.

I stumbled across Adam Fields DC and it was a game changer. I no longer have the headache. I don't know how long I have had TMJ (forever sounds about right). Stress in my neck had been a constant thing.

Following the Pain Relief exercised on YouTube by Adam Fields has been a wonderful relief. I do at least three of his exercises a day.

Dr. Fields I’m really appreciate this video. I’ve got TMJ for a month. I always cry every night because it’s really pain. I found your video and it’s helping me to release my TMJ pain.
