I had 5 debts to pay off at the beginning of 2020. 3 credit cards, a student loan & money I owed my Mom. Despite how crazy 2020 has been for all of us, I have managed to pay off my Mom, my student loan, 1 credit card & I am now one payment away from paying off another credit card. I will have paid off 4 out of 5 debts in 9 months!! 😍😊

Clean to music, make the bed and burning a candle. Walking in the woods or caring for my house plants as well.

When my boyfriend comes home from work and I light a candle before we start making dinner. It’s our signal that the work day is over and it’s time for us 😇

Excellent video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. Getting older does have to mean getting sicker. We still strive for a strong body, a calm mind, & a positive outlook. The videos you present are very helpful.

I love when you said, "stop judging other women". That is so powerful for me because my family has always been so judgemental that it was such a hard habit to break and it's draining.

May sound kinda weird but something that helps me reset is organizing my sock and underwear drawers lol nothing fancy, I just lay my undies flat and put my most worn ones of the top so they're easier to grab and then for socks I just put the pairs together if I can find them haha. But cleaning in general, especially like wiping down electronics (phones, laptop, etc.) help me feel like I have a clean slate to work with.

Hearing the section about 'knowing your worth' was exactly what I needed to hear today. I'm in my mid-20s and it's a really hard chapter of life to be in, but hearing you say all those things felt like having a big sister showing me the path. Thank you :)

my reset activity is cooking, it gets be into the flow state, makes me feel creative, and I have an amazing result that I can eat at the end.

My reset is 100 % habit number 11 and I try to notice and connect with nature every single day in whatever capacity I can, whether that's going for a hike in the mountains, walking along the river behind my house, appreciating the basil I can pick straight from my balcony, or noticing the birds living in the trees outside my window. This keeps me relatively sane in our crazy world <3 I also absolutely loved your note on judgement. I feel like we can be especially quick to judge other women, whether that's because of a feeling rivalry or threat or jealousy, or simply because that's how the patriarch worldview has subtly dictated us to think. When, honestly, we should all connect with our inner goddesses and lift each other up to shine amazing female energy on this beautiful planet. Thank you as always for amazing, positive content. Love from Munich!

"Push past your fear" Is a good one. I got this quote from a Yes Theory video and had to write it down: "Avoiding an experience because of fear is an indicator of what I actually should pursue.
Take it as a sign from life: I have something to learn,
Or a previous judgement to be challenged " So true. Now to live it out.
