Ever wonder why it gets easier and easier to pop a joint once you start? Dr. Lin explains the dangers of popping and what to do instead. Your body is craving the range, so you need to strengthen and stabilize the muscles around those joints so that you have the strength to go into those ranges without popping and cracking.

Not all exercises, suggestions, and recommendations presented here are suitable for everyone and are in no way substitute for medical counseling.

These exercises can result in injury. Any user of this program assumes the risk of injury and holds harmless and releases Dr. Justin Lin and Rehab and Revive Physical Therapy, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with the program and advice herein.

Thank you!! I have attempted time and time again to stop cracking my neck, I do it upwards of 80 times a day even though I know it’s not good for me. I’ve made it up to 2 months but never more - this video helped me and I’m going to work to get this habit broken for good!

My back pops just by a simple turning all the time, it’s gotten worse over the last year and pops all the way up. I try to move slower to avoid it but it happens a lot still
