Is it Bad to Crack Your Own Neck? Neck Cracking Side Effects – Dr.Berg

In this video, we're going to talk about neck cracking. I want to answer the question, “is it bad to crack your own neck.”

In your neck, you have joints that are either hypermobile (move too much) or hypomobile (move too little). Most of the time, when you adjust yourself, you’re going to adjust the wrong one. This will cause you to feel like you need to keep popping your neck over and over.

If you can find a competent and honest chiropractor, there is nothing better.

If you have to go back for a chiropractic adjustment over and over, there may be another issue. It could be something with your diet or from referred pain. For example, if your gallbladder is a problem, it can refer pain up the right side and pull certain vertebrae out of place.

Talk to a Product Advisor to find the best product for you!
Call 1-540-299-1556 with your questions about Dr. Berg's products. Product Advisors are available Monday through Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm EST.

* At this time, we no longer offer Keto Consulting and our Product Advisors will only be advising on which product is best for you and advise on how to take them.

I would be in a mental hospital if I couldn't crack my own neck and back. They jam up so much, often a sore back can cause me to have a sore stomach (it's all connected). Once everything goes crack I feel relief

The jaw tension might not be from dental work, it is more likely to be from Magnesium deficiency.

What an awesome video-I love Dr. Berg’s pithy, often short videos that explain thoroughly what’s going on. Then we get the comic relief at the end! Excellent...👏👏👏

Dr Berg, I am so glad to hear you bring up the topic of hypermobility. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on Ehlers Danlos Sybdrome, we have the hyper mobile type, our body produces faulty collagen, and this causes us to have lax tendons and ligaments, so our muscles are overworked to keep our bones in place. (There are other types as well).

It's not a CRACK...It's a release of Capsular Pressure. The AMA calls it cracking as a way to scare people into taking pills and getting surgeries.

My grandpa was a DC's, who went to jail for giving adjustments. My great-grandpa was a Bone-Setter back in the 1900s...my GP called it a tune-up that keeps everything in alignment like a tune-up on your car, and said that there are so many things that can knock you out of alignment, like sleeping wrong, eating wrong, stress...and to stretch three times a day, as a good stretch can allow miss-aligned vertebrae to re-align before the body starts to make the out of position permanent by allowing ligaments and muscles to conform to the out position, which may be a good reason to get a check-up on a regular bases, as none of us do what we need to do to stay in shape, like sleeping on our backs on a great confirming bed and such...
