Grounding is the best ...had a terrible heel pain for 5 months, played football through the pain which I should not have ....Earthing/Grounding bare foot on soil/grass healed my heel

The fastest way to treat plantar fasciitis is to buy orthotic inserts into your shoes & get orthotic slip on sandals to rectify your poor foot posture. That works very, very quickly.

😢 have like a 6 years with this horrible pain I massage the foot but only help little bit, but I see in the comments the problem comes from the hamstrings, ankle, hips, quads, I feel lost, can you do some exercise that help. Please.

I have that and my doctor gives me a cortisone shot and it works for me. It stops the pain for months. Is that the right thing to be doing?😢😮.

It's been my painful (!) experience that plantar fasciitis & "heel spurs" are often the easiest misdiagnosis one is likely to receive when one presents with foot pain. PLEASE check your overall foot mobility. PLEASE check the insane overtightness of your soleus muscle, your gastrocnemius muscle. PLEASE check your foot muscle/tendon strength, & the "boundness" of the bones that articulate in your foot/ankle. Are your toes mashed together? Would you benefit from using "yoga" socks for a bit? Our feet are insanely complicated, & foot pain DOES NOT automatically translate to a problem with either the fascia of one's arch or the bone of one's heel. ❤

A small tub of hot water for about 15-20 minutes, and then really cold water 15 to 20 minutes. That's what worked for me.

I tried all of this crap for 9months. Before I went to physio.
Lot common problem is tightness in lower body muscles.
In my case hamstrings and hips. Because of the tightness your calf and tibia muscles has to work hard which puts extra pressure on planrer facia.

Do a bunch of stretches for hamstring, glutes and quads and you will see remarkable difference in a week.
