I did a 25 day fast when I was in my 20's and I lost 45 lbs. I felt great. Now I'm 63 years old today and I am going to do intermittent fasting to control my diabetes and hopefully I will get rid of alot of health problems that I have acquired over the years, Wish me luck!

I am a Buddhist and we can’t offer foods to monks after 12 pm. To until sun rise the next morning. 16-17 hours gap. This practice been done over 2500 yrs ago. For energy and mental heath.

Sad to see that nowadays, when it's free and spiritually good, people starts to laugh at you or don't trust you.

I followed Jason Fungs advice and reversed my type 2 diabetes. Lost 28lbs and reduced my high blood pressure. Lots of people I have directed to Dr Fung have done the same as they had seen my results. My sister and ex-partner were the first to ask me what I did. I told them and sent them what diet I had created for myself. I always said look at Jason Fungs posts on YouTube First. I have put back on the weight after Christmas 2020, but I'm going to start again and try to keep it off. My last blood test only showed me as on the border of Type 2 so although I have put the weight back on I have kept eating very healthy food most of the time so this change was obviousy very important to the overall changes. I will start my excercise regime back from today. I shall get back to my intermittent fasting. I will also restart my daily weight, blood and blood pressure testing. Thanks Dr Fung.

I love fasting! It’s been a game changer in my weight control and over all well being. I didn’t think I could get through my 12hour shifts but I started slow, and now it has become my way of life in less just 3 months!! People need to be open minded about different diets and be willing to push past the fears, doubts and negative comments. Thank you dr for this wonderful video! Lol about Starbucks and Ronald McDonald 😂

I’m doing intermittent fasting for 4 months now .. I lost my belly fat very effective..planning to do it as a life style..good for weight loss .. the first week was hard but I luckily I adapted..l eat one meal a day around 4pm one big meal .

I started fasting about a month ago and have already lost 4kg, blood results show triglycerides is 1.4 and I have so much more energy. Excellent Doc. THANK YOU. MARLENE.

After watching this I have been intermittent fasting for one month and haven't had any sugary food and not been on any special diet just normal everyday food and lost 15lbs can't believe the results and not been to the gym once would highly recommend anyone to have a go
