Calisthenics and stamina is a good thing BUT all the muscle/strenght building tenets can be should be applied. And the only way to DRASTICALLY (ofc if you'll progress with no actual effort failure i mean but as fast as snail crawls) amplify your push ups or actually whatever, you really just need 1 set to failure, wjy to do more if the growth is already stimulated, idk, you may add a weight or resistence band to adjust to 6-10 reps, its much less complex when it comes to weight training

Max now is 25, need to get to 45 (nonstop). I like this method so Iโ€™m going to try it with sit-ups as well. I need to do 45 in 1 minute and without stopping if possible.
