When I was a kid beginning my fitness journey, I used to do static stretching as my warm up, these are so much better as a warm up and as apart of your regular routine. Now I do static stretching after my training sessions instead of before. Great video guys and thank you for making it!!! 👊✋👍🦵💪

Good video! Would like to see another video focused on just sit ups for upper chest muscles, especially since that lags more for most of us. Yes, it was talked about and shown at the end, with feet up on a box....but I believe there are multiple methods to target upper chest with sit ups with just various hand positions and body movements.

Last month was only able to do 6 today I managed to hit 30 straight by best tip is make sure you do a realistic amount of reps where you can do 3/4sets perfectly

Yooo, you should do a PUSH PULL LEGS workout series but only with dumbells.

I struggle with doing DECLINE chest exercises, can’t find a bench that is comfortable. Any other alternative chest press exercises to target the lower chest?
