I'm 66 years old. I started out with 5 pushups and worked my way up to 42 without stopping with proper form. It took me 8, 000 pushups to get to that level. My goal is two sets of 50 with proper form per day.

Edit: Im on 52 push ups now, after the 5 week workout finished, I just kept doing push ups randomly throughout the day lets go😊

I tried about a year ago with HORRIBLE form and I hit 50 easily, then after completely relearning the push-up and how to do it correctly it's taken me months to even get a good 25 in one set. Now today, I finally hit 50 in one set with GOOD form.

I'm in my 3rd workout, I could barely do 11 push ups at the beggining, the progress of this program is INSANE, and now I'm making 10 without even feel it. Thank u Daniel!!

Saw this a month ago and have been doing this pushup progression every second day since and I can tell you it works!!
Started off with 20, 15, 10, 10, 10, 5 with the mentioned 1-2 mins of rest in between the sets. Progress was slow at first but just as of today I was able to do 35, 20, 15!!

At the beginning, I was able to do max 19 push ups in row.
And now, after four and half months I can do max 48 push ups in row.

Hey guys! I'm currently 18 y.o. and my max single set reps are 5.

My short term goal is 20. Long-term is 35.

18/10/2021 06:38 a.m., about to start the first training session. I'll split it into exact same logic sequence but with lesser numbers;

DAY 1- i cant even do 2 push ups properly (not joking). After 5 months - i can now do 35 proper push ups in a row

Sept 23, 6:37 - 20 pushups

Oct 23 6:12 - 25 pushups (sorry guys I stayed strong until the end but still no dice)

Nov 26 6:38 (late) - 20 pushups sorry I didnt have time to do much pushups

Dec 25 10:16 (late) - 30 pushups merry Christmas 🎄

January 23rd 11:00 - 40 pushups

February 23rd 8:28 -0 pushups (sick all week 🤕)

March 24th 10:19 - 45 pushups (late)
I'll be back next month remind me!! 💪

April 24th 12:30 - 50 Pushups Thank guys for the support but this isnt even the beginning I will improve every day.💪💪💯

I've always done them a way that makes it so my chest doesn't fully touch the ground, and I can do like 10-15 that way.
