I find high intensity cardio perfect for around bedtime. Once Im showered Im crashing so hard and sleep great. Im hoping that doing it this way will help me reset the natural cortisol cycle that happens with exercise, as I think mine is out of whack from trauma. I will literally get so tired about an hour or two after intense exercise that I end up needing deep sleep. If this doesnt help Ill probably bug my doctor about it 😂

Exercise has always been my preferred therapy for ailments both physiological and psychological. Use sense when deciding whether to exercise when you’re injured or sick, but exercise can often help in both situations. Pills have side effects that are often not adequately disclosed. We know what the side effects of exercise are.

It's much more convenient to do exercises in evening. I don't care if I'm tired, because i don't need to do anything anyway
