Really good video, I love evening workouts.. and when I stopped it ... I gained belly fat for the first time ever. .So evening excercize reduced belly fat for me!!!

For me it is carpe diem, especially in the summer. It is nice and cool to be doing some interval training outside. I like to do my balancing and stretching in the evening. I can not stress this enough, and lifestyle does matter, but you need to set time aside for exercising and take it seriously. Three times a week is great. But each day needs a percentage of exercise, even a walk, or get your mind away from work or pressures and take in some fresh air (30 minutes will do wonders, but even 10 minutes just walking will take your mind away from the daily stresses).
