My life changing morning routine:

• wake up
• brush my teeth
• go for a 10min walk
• come home and stretch
• do a breathing exercise
• lift weights
• take a shower
• take a shit
• journal
• affirmations
• cold plunge
• hot plunge
• meditation
• journal again
• journal while i meditate about taking a shit
• go for another jog whilst cold plunging in hot water
• lose my job because my morning routine is too long
• im homeless

Wake up, take a fast shower, take a walk for 15minutes, do 30-45 min intense breathing exercises and stretching. Your life and your health will drastically change.

Morning is better because in the evening i cant sleep from the workout i had, its too close to bedtime. In the mornings im able to sleep waaaay better after work and relax;)

Here is my actuall morning routine:

When I work out in the morning I’m tired all day. The cold plunge in the morning helps a lot though. Everyone is a little different. Try the Huberman method first, then be creative and tailor it to your personal life.

I agree with Andrew when I train midday and fasted I feel good and just ready to attack whatever I’m doing that day, when I train in the evening I feel like I don’t get a good workout and I seem to be more sluggish.

Okay mu routine. ( I work 12h Night shift 6 days a week)

Wake up 10.20 Am
Make coffe..
Go to toilet to shit like dinosaur.
10.50.
Gym time.
12.00-12.15 back home to make ljnch and dinner.
Rest..
Then work from 04.00 PM to 04.00 AM.
04.25 SLEEP

4am period 4am to 7am 3 hour exer ise then walk then start your day. Before sleep do some calestethics for functionality and chi energy work then sleep

Best time to exercise is when you can actually stick with it consistantly..it doesnt matter when that is..as long as u can be consistant..thats the best time for you..😊

I start work early and struggle to get out of bed as it is. It doesn't take much to fuck up my day though and if I get home late i have been known to just sack the workout off completely.
