8 or 9 PM works the best for me. It also improves my sleep quality

I definitely follow the “when I’m most energized”. Usually that’s after I’ve digested breakfast and before lunch. If I work out too early/before I’ve fed myself, I get really faint.

For me, I'm the most energized in the morning, working out early keeps me motivated and active throughout the day.

I love and appreciate you reassuring others to do what feels right to them ❤ My energy ebbs and flows, so it really depends. Although, I tend to be more excited to work out late evenings ~7pm as I reserve my early mornings for meditation. 🙃

Ive just started exercising, just having an hour walk, increasing weight on dumbell when it gets too easy and walking up and down stairs a few times a day

I do it in the morning, because then I'm done and feel good about myself. It's also supposed to help you sleep in the evening

During winter I excercise at noon.
In summer I prefer as early in the morning as possible.

I love this advice! I spent over a year working out in the mornings before work. It really made me feel good for the rest of the day…. But it wasn’t sustainable for me, i constantly had to DRAG myself from bed and was soooo exhausted. Even though it became habit and I kept at it, I was so tired throughout my workout and just going through the motions. I gave up on it.

I’ve tried working out at night, in the morning, and now I’m going to try after school which is at 3, I did different workouts on the night and morning but I did feel the best after the morning one.

1st- you are awesome. One of the most sane voices I've ever heard. 2nd- afternoon/evening for me. If I work out in the morning I am STARVING the rest of the day. If I work out from 12pm on it decreases my appetite and settles my mind 🤷‍♀️
