Can't Sleep:
1. Sleep on the right side - the liver maybe is enlarged and compress the heart.
2. Slow the breathing down - breathe in and out equally, 4-5 seconds each.
3. Be in bed by 10:30 pm - to catch the circadian rhythm.
4. Pulse rate - if it's high, then you're missing potassium or you're eating too much sugar.

Always fantastic info. Thanks. I would add...
1. Keep a routine. You sleep better if you go to bed around the same time each night.
2. Train your mind to sleep by not doing too many things in bed. Don't be on your phone or pc in bed at night. Let your mind relax. Your system must know that when you go to bed, its to sleep

I always meditate before going to bed it really help. You can meditate while lying down and get straight to sleep

i envy those who dont have sleeping issues i mean like how does it feel to wake up early after 8 hours of good quality sleep ... how lucky they are

Edit: I came from the future 4 years later to say that since I had a job (I work more than 8 hours a day and it is EXHAUSTING) .. I am now sleeping like a baby .. thank God

I get to sleep at 11 and wake around 2:22 to 3:33 and go back to sleep and wake at 7. This is pretty consistent. I sleep best when I do weights before sleep.

I go to bed at 9:30 and stay wide awake for HOURS and when I say hours I mean like 4 hours. And I have tried so many things but I just can't fall asleep when I need to. I am in high school and it is extremely stressing for me that I don't have sleep and I am struggling so much :((
