I've had horrible sleep for 20 yrs. I've tried everything. Doctors have tried. Chewable gummie melatonin have finally given me the sleep I've needed. I don't think you know enough about insomnia.

I have ADHD. A dark room and a book (if that really worked) would have saved me years of missing morning University classes and losing jobs if it were that simple. I had several sleep studies done before I was diagnosed. Vyvanse out of everything has been the thing that has regulated my sleep. I do take a variation of herbal supplements to help calm me at night too.

Give people some that are suffering with sleep issues and disorders some deeper solutions. It can be really invalidating and frustrating to be told to have hot cup of tea, take a bath, and having a dark room to help you sleep when you’ve tried everything and nothing works. There is nothing worse than not being able to sleep.

It’s so easy to tell someone sleep well. When because I’ve been getting about two hours sleep every night for the past three weeks and I still haven’t crashed yet. I wake up in a crappy mood because I didn’t get enough sleep. No energy, exhausted, fatigue And brain fog.
