I also use tons of your nutrition and food recipes. i just want to say thanks.My body has since finding the buff dudes has become stronger and leaner and this is only the beginning I'm only 17 so can't do much with the gym till I'm 18 but just wanted to say I appreciate what you guys do...

Could you guys do a video on arch your back and driving with the legs when bench pressing. I know of the concepts but don't really know how to properly perform the techniques.

I needed this. the first and second time I've tried dead lifts I feel my form is good then one mistake and scrape my knee and it bleeds. hopefully the next time I can use these for some really good form DLs.
