Great video. You did 1 rep but I'd love these videos more if at the end you did a set of 5. It really helps to visualize what is happening through the entire set.

I swear every time I watch a video from y'all I get buffer. thanks guys. really helpful, y'all are my to go source for workouts from routine, to proper way to do it to healthy eating. Oh wow so the last tip is the one I've been missing all these years. I thought people did that because it was too heavy, but now that I think about it, it makes sense. You can think of it trying to hit the rear delts in the process. Thanks Buff DUDES!!`

All these years I was bringing the bar to the chest and using much lighter weight. Thank-you for the clear instruction. What is the benefit to bringing it to the abdomen?

I like the fact you've noted that everyone is different regarding the angle bending over. Some books say "horizontal" but of course not everyone can, myself included. Just less than 45 degrees is my comfortable zone
