Great advice, I need to work on not leaning back (catch myself doing that from time to time).  Something I'd like to add, is that compound/drop sets with dumbbells helped me increase my overhead press...after 5-6 reps with heavy overhead switch to a lighter set of dumbbells and bust out more reps.  Really helped break through some plateaus.

hey dudes you guys have been a massive influence on my wife and i training and lifting. a great video would be tips on how to build your own program and split.advantages and disadvantages of changing from 3 4 5 6 day splits etc.we both do the 12 week programs but then get a bit lost for what to do in between the next program.stay buff!!!
