The fist two moves of this workout are also great moves for an active warmup. Search our channel for a video titles 'Short Dynamic Warmup for Running'. This is a video that will teach simple moves to get your joints primed to move

thank you very much for this workout ! I like it & it is very effective ! it is exhausting but in a good way !!! I love it when the trainer gives me options and modifications for an exercise ! so I don't have the feeling of failure when I don't do the original way. you are on my workout way every day !!! hugs & greetings :-)
