Maximum push with minimum rest to get your heart rate up, burn fat and build lean muscles. This 30-minute strength and conditioning workout targets all major muscles for maximum effort and calories burnt. You’ll need a pair of medium-weight dumbbells, between 3 - 5kgs each. If you do not have one, be creative, make your own weight by filling up bottle with stones or water!

Equipments: One pair of medium weight dumbbells between 3 - 5kgs each.
Intervals: 45secs Workout - 15secs Rest

I truly almost never ever comment on any videos whether I like them or not, but I had to comment on here to let whoever is watching know that you can do this work out! I am 53 years old and in pretty good shape, but I was still nervous to do this wondering if it was going to leave me feeling like I was going to die! But I was able to do the entire work out and even added weight! This is not to say that it was easy because it absolutely was not my heart rate really got up and I’m sure I will be sore tomorrow. I have been doing mostly yoga and walking for the past couple of years and have been trying recently to incorporate strength training especially after seeing her videos. All I can say is, go for it, be consistent, start slowly and do it a couple of times a week. You’ll be surprised after doing it one time, that when you do it again it will seem a good bit easier! Anyway, so excited to have found this!

today marks my one month towards a healthy life. one month with your work outs and with you. i lost 1 kg in this month. i never thought that i would hve the drive in me and thought that I'd quit in a week. but i didn't. a big thanks to you for your help. i will go for as far as i can cause I've started to believe in myself and you hold a big part in my journey. thank you joanna, from the very bottom of my heart ❤

This is a full length strength and conditioning workout to tone up and blast those fats!! Get ready and let's do this together. p/s if you do not have a pair of dumbbells, be creative, make your own weights by filling up bottles with stones or water!

I know this video was 2 years ago but finally I could found a workout video that I really enjoy! It was unexpectable I could did all sets without getting bored or exhausted. And I admire your great posture during workout. Thank you so much, ❤❤

Wow this really challenged me especially the side + front raise because i only have one pair of weights (3kg each), can't reduce the weight. Also, i had to do the push up shoulder press on my knees, hopefully that still gives me a good workout for the arms!

THIS IS AN AMAZING WORKOUT! Makes you feel absolutely amazing after its completion. I burn 210-250 calories doing this exercise and I only do this workout carrying 2KG Dumbells.
Joanna, please make more Strength Training Fat Blaster Workouts!! It's one of the best and its own kind!
