Great workout Lara! I love the marching, I used 2lbs hand weight for that and it really felt like I got a great cardio workout! 😊🏋️‍♀️

I didn't see the updated version, so I just finish the 1st one, I am now doing this one. What pd dumbell are you using, is it 10pds? I started with 10, went to 8 then finally 2 pds, wow better love this combo and my ankle is getting better.
