Thank you I’m type 2 diabetic and I see a registered dietitian and Endocrinologist and both encourage me to exercise they said chair exercise would be great since I have arthritis in my knees. I also peddle my exercise bike. Enjoy doing your exercise routines.

I just joined you and carefully stuck through the 15 minutes. I'm 217 lbs at 72 years old and I hope I can continue to follow you. I haven't exercised in many years and have Rheumatoid Arthritis and PsA. Thanks for sharing.

A perfect complement to today's earlier core work. I made sure to make this routine my own by engaging in more aggressive arm moves when doing footwork: hard punches as well as leg strength moves. I had a really good all around exercise day with you, Jules...Anastasia

Thank you so much! I have cerebral palsy and it’s difficult to do mat exercises sometimes. I always feel better after doing a workout. I also like that there are longer and shorter videos as my energy level isn’t always the same.

Uk 81yrs: Perfect length for me, thanks, Jules. Wheelchair arms up but cannot fully stretch legs to side 😢 however, presumably, the arm circles are great for using self propelled Wheelchair ❤

excelent work out class im due for an operation i basically cant do regular excersize but your work outs really get my heart pumping they say u need to be fit for the OP so i thank u so much for helping me pump up my heart n at the same time feeling relaxed

Thanks Jules. I fell onto my driveway while pruning dead rose petals 3 days ago. The thorns bruised my right knee and right thigh. Fortunately I did not fall onto my head. Praise the Lord. As such, I did not exercise a few days. I am okay now.

Do you have any specific exercises for strengthening my legs which are still very weak. I fell last October while walking infront of our house. I was suffering from very bad imbalance and I could not stop and my legs kept going . There was a slight gradient. My fall was very bad. I had blue black eyes and face and I fractured my left elbow which has healed but I cannot have it straight like befofre. I also had severe bruises on my face and a swollen left hand. MRI should that one side of my brain was larger than the other. The neurosurgeon had to implant a shunt in my right brain to drain the excess fluid. I was in hospital for 3 weeks and rehab for another 3 weeks. I am on medication needless to say. I was unable to walk then. I had to use the walker and exercise a lot at rehab. Thank God I can walk now without the walker but I still use the aid of a stick just as a precaution. I had been through a lot. Now I have to strengthen my legs, arms and brain. I cannot do things as fast as I used to before and it is very frustrating for me as my husband has to do most things. He is not young either. Anyway I do the best I can. Sorry to burden you with my problem. I do your exercises which has helped with my lymphadema. If you have any specific leg stengthening exercises or lymphadema exercises, I would appreciate you sharing with me. God bless you. Thanks again.
